Which classes should you attend as an Adult Beginner who has just recently joined the club?

Your personal goals will influence the classes you should select for your weekly training

If you would like to learn self-defence then we suggest you attend two classes a week:

  • Krav Maga I 

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I 


If you would like to grade for your Yellow Belt, then you will need to attend the following:

  • Krav Maga I 

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I 

  • Filipino Martial Arts I

  • MMA / Muay Thai

If you would like to improve your fitness levels:

  • Circuit-Fit & Flex

  • Combat-Fit Sparring

  • Box-Fit & Flex

  • Open Mat (BJJ Knowledge required for this session)

The classes highlighted in Orange and Green are geared towards students who have already graded and are working towards higher belt levels.  You are very welcome to join in or watch these classes, however please take into consideration that the level, content and pace is aimed at a more advanced student.
