START TRAINING IMMEDIATELY

There are over 120 detailed instructional videos spread across 6 Courses at BEGINNER LEVEL. You commence your training immediately upon your online enrolment. Each course builds on the knowledge gained in the previous course, so it is important to follow the course sequence in order.

PART OF THE CLUB
​

The course has been filmed live during actual Krav Maga Beginner Level classes at our Storm Combat HQ. You get to feel part of the club and experience the course as if you were attending in person.
​
TRAIN EFFECTIVELY
​
Each Lesson should be diligently practiced for several days before moving on to the next.
​
Excluding imperfect repetitions, you should aim for at least 500 CORRECT repetitions of each technique in order for the technique to be committed to long-term muscle memory. Remember - your life could depend on it.
​
Please remember that this is a perishable skill and to maintain a high level of proficiency you should endeavour to practice regularly and make your training a normal part of your lifestyle.
​
It is always best to practice these techniques with a training partner who will gradually offer increased resistance.
​
The videos in these modules do not demonstrate the techniques with resistance as they are purely very methodical teaching videos.

Each lesson introduces NEW material and it is assumed that you not only know the work of the previous lesson but that you are able to execute the techniques proficiently and at speed.
This is what is expected of our students who attend the club, and we encourage you to achieve the same level. Naturally this takes time and practice!.
