Krav Maga trains you to defend against all types of armed and unarmed attacks by single or multiple attackers, while you are standing on your feet.   

 

BUT - if the fight goes to the ground, Krav Maga has minimal responses.

 

SO, you are trained to deal with it using BJJ.

BRAZILIAN
JIU JITSU



 


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will teach you to defend when the fight goes to the ground.  Many fights do end up on the ground and this is where thorough training in BJJ steps into the picture.

BUT - neither Krav Maga nor Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teach you to fight with a weapon in your hand.  

SO, you are trained in Filipino Martial Arts/Kali Weapons Handling

FMA/KALI
WEAPONS


 

Filipino Martial Arts is our third pillar of self-defence training. 

 

Knife and Stick fighting at its best!

 

A weapon is a great force multiplier, but you need to know how to use it.   Becoming skilled in weapons handling is an essential survival skill.


BUT - Krav Maga, BJJ and FMA do not teach you to move like a fighter.  

SO, you are trained like an MMA fighter and your striking techniques are honed with Muay Thai.

MUAY THAI

 


While we would like you to be skilled in Krav Maga, BJJ and FMA, we would like to further equip you with effective striking techniques and train you to move like a fighter.

 

Managing fight distance is essential, along with footwork, head movement, creating angles and more.

To further support your Krav Maga, we train you in the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai - Fists, Elbows, Knee Strikes and Kicks. 

BUT, sometimes you will need to restrain a person, by wrestling  them down to the ground.  Then you can use your BJJ techniques once you have them on the ground.

SO, you are trained in the art of Wrestling too!

   WRESTLING


 

Wrestling helps you connect your striking skills and your grappling abilities in a seamless way. You learn how to dictate whether or not a fight stays on the feet or on the ground.

 

With wrestling, you learn how to use pressure and control to neutralize your attacker.

When you learn to seamlessly integrate all these combat systems, you can consider yourself a serious force to be reckoned with with a formidable set of skills.
