Dominic Villani is an enthusiastic personal trainer with a passion for achieving goals and helping others achieve theirs.
His core values as a personal trainer are Form, Compassion, and Results. He ensures that the exercises given are safe and effective without unnecessary discomfort. Each client receives a personalised routine.
Dominic records his client's results from each session to ensure that routines are effective! Recording exercise results also doubles as a motivational tool, allowing clients to see their progress in black and white.
Dom teaches the morning fitness classes at Storm Combat, Monday to Friday from 5.30am
