FREE COMMUNITY KRAV MAGA WORKSHOP - 21 September

Ivana Ries is a Close Quarter Combat/Tactical Firearms and Israeli Krav Maga Instructor and Black Belt training members of special police units, general Law Enforcement, Close Protection Officers, Private Military Contractors, Armed and Unarmed Security Personnel, EMS and Civilians.  She has a passion for equipping men and women with the knowledge and skills to legitimately neutralise an attacker, regardless of size or strength.  Director of Elite Defence Academy Lonehill and also an EDA Weapons Instructor, she specialises in close quarter combat involving multiple attackers, weapon disarms, knife fighting, hostage situations, anti-hijacking, anti-human trafficking, as well as shooting/firearms from basic through to tactical level.

You don't need to be fit to learn Krav Maga.  You don't need any prior experience in martial arts and you can be any age.  This workshop is limited however to men and women over the age of 16 years.
