KRAV MAGA BEGINNER COURSE

You can be any age (this particular course is for adults and teens), you can be any fitness level and you can have no prior experience.  As a side note, this is also a great alternative to normal gym!

Registration Fee of R870.00.   Thereafter, monthly instalments of R899/month payable via monthly debit order   (No contracts - cancel anytime with a month's notice)    Please note that couples and family discounts apply on the debit order but not on the Registration Fee.  Debit Orders are processed on the 1st day of each month.  Please note that wearing our club uniform is compulsory for all Storm Combat students.

We have had the joy and privilege of training thousands of people across a broad spectrum over the years including police officers, bodyguards, private security firms and civilians from all walks of life, ranging in age from 5 years to 82 years.  

Please don't feel daunted and don't let your current physical condition hold you back.  We take special care of any students who may join us with pre-existing medical conditions or past injuries.

Just a little about Krav Maga.  What you will be learning is a military close quarter combat system used by Special Forces and Elite Law Enforcement.  Think of a "Mission Impossible", "John Wick", or "Jason Bourne" movie and the fight scenes in these movies.  You will be learning very similar techniques, only, we are the real deal designed for real life and not Hollywood.

You will gain powerful self-protection skills specifically for the South African streets.  In the process, you will also get fit, get strong and lose weight.  And your confidence will increase as you come to realise that you have acquired a serious set of skills.

At Storm Combat we are widely known for two things:  being a seriously hard-core, no nonsense combat gym, with very friendly people and no egos, lots of laughter and lots of sweat!  (Don't let "Hard-Core" put you off.  You won't get hurt while you are training.... but we can't say the same for any would-be attacker.)

Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.  You are trained to be a human, walking weapon; your prime directive is the preservation of life - yours and the lives of others, in the face of a violent encounter.  While we encourage peaceful resolution of conflict - should your life be in danger - you will learn to finish the fight using devastating techniques.

Discover how to turn the attacker into your victim!  All techniques taught are not based on size or strength.  You could well be 6ft4 and weigh 120kg, but somewhere out there, there is someone bigger and stronger than you are and possibly even on drugs so that he feels no pain.  They could be bigger, stronger, faster, younger, more athletic and even well trained... THIS is the sort of attacker/opponent that we train you to beat.
