This course integrates techniques from Krav Maga (Military Close Quarter Combat) and Street Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (important if the assailant takes the victim to the ground). It also includes Situational Awareness, De-escalation, Information regarding Pepper Spray and the use ofr Improvised Weapons.
